Sai Society has hosted yet another divine Veda session that was followed by delightful bhajans on the New Year morning at the Sathya Sai Baba Centre premises to start the new year in an auspicious manner. Bhajans are the Royal Highway to feel the Lord’s presence in our hearts, therefore what greater bliss than beginning the year with even more positivity. The bhajans were followed by Aarthi & announcements.
The past year has been challenging in many ways, while it has also been a year of exploring and expanding our horizons to continue doing Seva via different modes. During the pandemic, Sai Society served needy families and jobless migrant workers through food aid. Devotees were kept in touch with the bhajans through live streaming and weekly Thursday bhajan upload. Students were engaged through online SSE (bal vikas) classes. The premises was kept clean and necessary repair works carried out from time to time.
Many people took the current situation of the pandemic as an opportunity to go inwards – for SAI stands for See Always Inside, and then we find BABA: Being, Awareness, Bliss, Atma. Spirituality is not immunity from difficulties but having peace during difficulties through Divine grace.
Let us join in the service of mankind, let us derive joy by participating in the multitude of services on offer.
