Bhagawan’s 96th Birthday Celebrations

Bhagawan’s 96th Birthday Celebrations

On-site at the Sai Centre & Live through YouTube

Sairam.

Bhagawan’s 96th Birthday will be celebrated with opening of the Sathya Sai Baba Centre through the day for Darshan and prayers, and with evening bhajans (7:30 pm-9:00 pm) at the Sai Centre on 23rd November 2021. This year, the Birthday is also part of the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of the Sai Temple (Sathya Sai Baba Centre). The Sai Centre was inaugurated in September 1986, and hence completed 25 years in its service to the community, volunteers and devotees.

If you wish to have Darshan at the Sai Centre altar, you may visit any time between 9 am and 1 pm in the morning, or between 3 pm and 6 pm in the afternoon. No prior-registration is needed. Darshan closes at 6 pm, for volunteers to prepare the venue for the evening bhajans. After this time, no darshan walk-ins will be allowed.

Evening bhajans on-site are based on registration only. The programme will also be live-streamed on our YouTube channel. You may alternatively watch the programme live on YouTube instead of being seated in the Sai Centre.

Let us all join in the bhajans and pray to Bhagawan and seek His blessings. Seating capacity at the venue is limited; hence we have a registration process. As per Government rules, only fully vaccinated devotees can participate in this event on-site. Please use this link to register: Registration Link for Birthday Evening Bhajans. Registration is open.

Alternatively, you may also join us online through live streaming through our YouTube channel Sai Society YouTube Channel

COVID-19 Safe Management Measures

Devotees must be fully vaccinated, as shown on their TraceTogether app (2 doses of vaccine + 2 weeks).

Devotees must wear their masks at all times, refrain from giving chorus for Bhajans and also avoid approaching the altar at any time.

No food or snack will be served. Please carry your own water bottle.

Please do not bring any prasadam or flowers to the centre.

Devotees are requested not to gather/interact with others before/after programme.

Parking

For those who are driving: Please park at Moulmein View HDB car park or on Shrewsbury Road. For safe management, the back gate is closed; you would need to use the side alley next to the Buddhist Temple to arrive at the main gate on Moulmein Road.

Please see the poster on guidelines for your visit (attached).

While we have planned several safety measures for the safety of both devotees and volunteers, and to comply with the Government’s regulations, each of us should play our part in protecting everyone. We request the cooperation of everyone to ensure a safe, fulfilling and uplifting experience for all.

Please let us know if you have any questions by emailing [email protected]. Thank you and Sai Ram! ????????

  1. I will spend as much time as possible between 3pm to 6pm and will abide with all the requirements stated. My wife and myself have received all the 3 doses to qualify entering the Mandir. Hopefully we will be thoroughly fine on that day too.

  2. OM Sai Ram. Many of us may not able to attend Baba Birthday. Could we request our dear Volunteers to share some Birthday Photos on the Webpage for us to get Baba Birthday Blessings. Thank you.
